Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 49 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the information on withdrawal follows.
Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been "custom" or "customized" according to the choices of the end customer.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the delivery of the goods, if the product is defective.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must take place by sending, within the deadline indicated above, a written communication to AMONREE SRL - VIA GENERALE CARLO ALBERTO DELLA CHIESA, 23 82030 - SANT'ARPINO (CE).
Amonree immediately communicates to the Customer a confirmation of receipt, on a durable medium (email or fax) of the withdrawal exercised.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the appropriate form (WITHDRAWAL FORM) or submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract, to be sent to the address and in the manner indicated above.
The withdrawal is authorized by the company, which sends the pre-filled label for shipment (which is charged to the customer).
The Customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must then return - without delay and in any case within 14 working days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract - the product perfectly intact and in the same condition in which it was received ( it will not be possible to return goods used by the customer or without the appropriate labels) and in the original packaging together with the purchase receipt to the company AMONREE SRL - VIA GENERALE CARLO ALBERTO DELLA CHIESA, 23 82030 - SANT'ARPINO (CE).
For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are considered to be returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the shipper. The shipment of the product to the sender is at the expense and expense of the Customer and under the responsibility of the same. The Company, after the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the product or, at the latest, after receiving the product and verifying the integrity of the same, will refund the Customer only the price of the product paid by the Customer within 14 days.
Once the company has verified whether the conditions for withdrawal are met (unaltered guarantee seal), it issues a refund of the cost of the product, net of additional costs (eg return costs)
The Company does not refund the shipping costs for the return and / or exchange.
RETURN POLICY
In order to return a product, the customer expresses his will to return the product by filling out a special contact form on the website, specifying:
- First name
- Last name
- n° Order
- Reason of the return
- Detailed explanation of the reason
In the event that the return is linked to a defect of the product, it will also be necessary to send an image certifying the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The Company, once it has received the return request and made the resulting assessments, communicates the outcome of the same no later than 24 hours.
Before returning the goods, the Customer must wait for the receipt of the return authorization form which will indicate the RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE and the pre-filled label to be affixed to the package, which will be sent by Amonree via e-mail.
For the return of the object goods, the Customer can Ship the Product with a service chosen by the Customer. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction. In the case of payments made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the current account that the Customer will indicate to Amonree.
The returned Products must be new, in excellent condition, and must only have been tested, therefore without signs of wear or dirt.
The Products must be returned in their original packaging, equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and labels. In particular, the labels, for the purpose of return, cannot be removed in any case and their removal will result in the non-refund of the product. ***
In the case of returning the products by shipment, the Products must then be placed inside a suitable packaging box, together with the transport document present in the original packaging.
For this purpose, the box used for the delivery of the Products can be used, taking care to remove or obscure any label or material related to the previous shipment.
If the returned products do not comply to the requirements or the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the withdrawal will not be effective. In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
The acceptance or non-acceptance of the returned Products will be reported to the Customer by email.
Amonree is not responsible for the refund related to products shipped but not received due to loss, theft or damage or other causes not attributable to Amonree.
*** Please note that all products, before shipment, are carefully checked and provided with a label (guarantee seal) which certifies their factory conformity; returned products must have the unaltered seal.
